I have 8 years experience as a trainer and love my job. I would consider myself a life coach and love to see my clients achieve their goals and improve every aspect of there lives. With over 50 clients since I began training losing 20lbs or more. I am ready for a challenge.
I personally love fitness and it is an everyday part of my life. I played college hockey and still play once a week. I have a passion for golf and will play a round any chance I get; I have a bowling hobby and have rolled five 300 games, so far. Currently I'm training for a half marathon in Phoenix for the leukemia and lymphoma society in support of a client. I guess you could say I am a busy man, but I will always make time to help someone change there life.
