Do you have to get in shape before you start using a personal trainer?

No! That's our job and we take pride in it! We don't have the, "no pain, no gain" mentality. We can take it slowly, one small step at a time if that's what you need. We understand that every person is different and has different needs.

How much does personal training cost?

Your first session is complimentary if you continue with training, we offer a jumpstart trial package of 3 sessions for $99.00.

How many days a week would I be training?

For best results we suggest you train 2-3 days a week with a DFM trainer.

Will I become too muscular if I lift weights?

Not if you don't want to. We will individualize your training to meet your goals.

Can I train during pregnancy?

Most doctor's actually encourage and recommend exercise during pregnancy, especially if you're already following a regular exercise program. However, safety is our number one concern, therefore a trainer would advise you to ask your doctor first and even accompany you to a visit and consult with your doctor if necessary.

Are all training sessions one on one?

We offer one-on-one, dual, and bootcamp group training options available. You can choose what works best for you.

How much weight can I reasonably expect to lose?

We recommend 2-3 lbs per week as a safe, healthy weight loss goal. Some individuals are able to safely lose more depending on body fat percentage and genetic factorst.

Will I have an option to choose my trianer?

Absolutely! All of our clubs have a director to help you determine which trainer is the best fit for you.
